these are some tips to take care of your hair.

1 - Must wash hair whenever dirty to remove dust and secretions of skin attached to it
2 - Massage your scalp daily using a hair brush .
3 - Lack of food, lack of sleep and frequent exposure to the sun may cause lose hair shine and luster.
4 - You have to pay attention to the presence of any skin diseases or peel your head.
5 - In the summer your hair become dry so you should continually  use conditioner after shampoo
6- Keep in mind that chimical products are dangerous
7 - Massage your scalp gently  with fingertips during washing and rinsing
8 - Rinse hair very well of shampoo until you have the desired shine.
9 -Don't wash your hair every day it cause loss of natural oils.

The research team followed up the users of sun protection powder throughout four and a half years, and checked the effect on the skin of more than 800 men and women under 55 years. Adele Greene said: often cosmetic experts encourage people to use sunscreen powders  to protect the skin, but this is the first timescience confirm this subject.
the Australian experts showed that the protection of skin through using  powders prevention of sun carries with it the additional benefit of a more youthful appearance. They explained that other powders contain  UV reflector , but their effect is short, while powders sun protection lasts longer on the skin and provide protection longer and better.

To make it clear, you are more likely to gain weight if you prefer having your supper at late time, but if you watch carefully what are you having and if you don't have unhealthy snacks before and after it, you won't gain weight.
