- Avoid stress and try to laugh as much as you can because life is good.
- Protect your skin from too much and direct sunlight.
- Don't smoke because smoking damage your skin and beauty
- Drink lots of water because water is the most rich drink you can get ever.
- Clean your skin properly.
- Follow the right diet by eating lots of fruit and vegetables regularly.
- Get plenty of sleep and try to wake up at the sun rising every day.
- Brush your teeth at least twice daily.
- Take shower daily.
And the most important one is:
- Go the gym regularly.
